Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

1. Selection: Choose your desired tour or package

3. Payment: Complete secure payment through Paymob
4. Conferma: Receive booking confirmation via email
5. Preparation: Follow pre-tour instructions and guidelines

Booking Requirements

• Identification: Valid passport or government-issued ID required

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 48+ hours before tour: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• 24-48 hours before tour: Rimborso 50%

Refund Process

Force Majeure Cancellations

• Health Disclosure: Inform us of medical conditions, medications, or limitations
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety instructions and guide directions
• Respectful Behavior: Treat guides, other participants, and local communities with respect
• Environmental Respect: Follow Leave No Trace principles

• Professional Guides: Experienced, licensed guides for all tours
• Safety Equipment: Life jackets, helmets, first aid kits provided as needed
• Insurance Coverage: Professional liability insurance maintained
• Emergency Procedures: Established protocols for medical emergencies

Risk Acknowledgment

Tourism activities involve inherent risks. Participants acknowledge they understand and accept these risks and participate at their own discretion.

Travel Requirements and Documentation

International Visitors

• Passport: Valid for at least 6 months beyond travel date
• Visa: Tourist visa required for most nationalities
• Health Requirements: Yellow fever vaccination if arriving from endemic areas

Participant Liability

Participants are liable for:

• Property Damage: Damage to equipment, vehicles, or facilities
• Personal Belongings: Loss or damage to personal items
• Additional Costs: Expenses incurred due to participant actions or negligence

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All website content, including text, images, logos, and tour descriptions, is our intellectual property or used under license. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us permission to use, modify, and display this content for marketing purposes.
